She has a well-designed, personalized program that is geared to meet your specific needs through regular interviews, while incorporating something new to learn every month.
I personally was ready for a transformation in my life, and Merrill was integral in bringing about the changes that I needed and desired. Not only did she expand my knowledge about healthy food, but guided me to eat better consistently. I was able to attend her cooking classes and tour a health food store to get a better sense of how to incorporate the changes needed into my daily habits. I also learned about supplements and how to improve my overall health and have more energy. Additionally, she integrated exercise into my life and gently encouraged me to make it a daily routine. This is something that I knew was imperative, but just was not able to accomplish on my own.

I think of you very often now: when I become excited about seeing Bok Choy and Kale and I’m enjoying my shake for breakfast. Thank you for your continued encouragement, non-judgemental understanding of my role in my life, and especially for your unlimited knowledge of nutritional ideas, programs, recipes. . . I could go on and on. And of course, thank you for the tongue scraper, the face cloth, the guides for supplements, and the bookmark pens, which I love.
I am much more aware of my diet and food selections, and enjoy varying my vegetable cooking. I think I’m even more aware of the balance or ying-yang—like my ice cream cravings after I eat beef.
